To continue our virtual journey through the property developments and different areas of the municipality of Estepona, we’re going to run through descriptions of the new-build housing developments on the New Golden Mile of Estepona that Benarroch Real Estate is marketing. These developments are home to villas and apartments with a range of styles and designs.
In this article, we’ll give you a list of the new-build projects we’re currently marketing at Benarroch Real Estate.
Located in Atalaya, Monte Biarritz, at the start of the New Golden Mile, very near San Pedro de Alcántara and just a few minutes from all basic services, like shops, schools, restaurants and leisure services, the Arboleda housing development has 18 designer villas. They offer large gardens and are positioned next to protected woodland. The underlying concept for the development is the traditional American gated community. It has a central street affording access to all the villas, and a single guarded entrance. The villas are constructed using high-spec materials. There are 5 different types available, with a range of dimensions and styles that interact harmoniously within the complex.
Loma de Casasola
Near the municipality of Marbella, opposite Guadalmina Baja, you’ll find Loma de Casasola. This development of 6 modern luxury villas was designed by the architect Juan Antonio Fernandez. The complex faces south-east and is just 500 m from the sea. The meticulous design means the villas take fantastic advantage of space and light. The villas are built on plots of between 805 m2 and 1,025 m2, and there are two types available, A and B, which have different distributions and gross floor areas.
Cataleya is in Estepona, specifically Atalaya Alta, just next to Atalaya Golf & Country Club. It’s immersed in golf and nature, yet just a few minutes from schools, shops, restaurants, sports areas and beaches. This development is a private gated complex. It comprises deluxe apartments and penthouses set in gardens and leisure areas. The properties are spacious and have large windows, which ensures they are flooded with light.
Las Terrazas de Atalaya
Virtually on the golf course, Las Terrazas de Atalaya is located in the Atalaya Alta area. It’s very well connected and all services can be found nearby. The development comprises apartments and penthouses, in a modern style, with roomy terraces and materials of excellent quality. The complex has a paddle tennis court, common barbecue area, 4 swimming pools and pretty gardens. This is currently a project, in a very advanced stage.
Marques de Guadalmina
Near Las Terrazas de Atalaya and opposite Marques de Atalaya, you’ll find another development called Marques de Guadalmina. This project comprises 123 apartments distributed across 4 phases. It’s currently being built. The development will include large gardens, swimming pools, a spa and a gym. It’s located near schools and supermarkets, and just a few minutes from Benahavís village, as well as San Pedro de Alcántara and Puerto Banús.
Located in the El Campanario area, this project to build new villas is called Villas Fusion. It offers a very high level of customisation. A wide range of styles is available when it comes to deciding on the façade and external design, as well as for the interior design and distribution. Each villa has the option to include 2 to 7 bedrooms, and 4 to 6 bathrooms. The development is just 100 m from El Campanario Golf & Country House, where you’ll find a restaurant, indoor swimming pool, gym and spa.
Belfry Nordic Collection
Near the Villas Fusion development, between Atalaya and El Paraíso golf courses, a short distance from El Campanario stands this 10-villa development, called Belfry Nordic Collection. These villas offer contemporary design, with simple, straight lines, and are predominated by Scandinavian quality standards. From the Belfry villas, which face south-east, you can enjoy views across the golf course. These houses are flooded with light, thanks to their large windows, and they have an open-plan design.
Now in El Paraíso, we find the Azure Villa Collection, a complex of 18 villas with a modern, contemporary design. At just 5 minutes from Puerto Banús, the complex is surrounded by two fully consolidated golf courses. The development comprises different types of villa, called B, C and D. They vary depending on their gross floor area, distribution and design. This is currently a project in a very advanced stage.
Very near Cancelada, at the heart of the New Golden Mile, building works on Belaire have just been completed. This new development offers new-build apartments and penthouses with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. The complex consists of 63 contemporary apartments located just half a kilometre from the sea, and very near all types of service, including supermarkets, chemists, cafés and restaurants. Its modern design, with open-plan kitchens and roomy terraces, ensures the homes are spacious and bright.
Vanian Green Village
This ambitious project comprising 285 new-build homes has a modern design, excellent views and easy, direct access to the Nacional 340 road. Vanian Green Village is very near the well-known Selwo park. Its elevation means that most of its apartments offer coastal views and enjoy excellent light. This is also a result of its contemporary design, with large windows.
Just as the name suggests, Oasis 17 is a development of 17 villas located very near Resina Golf, in the Selwo area. These modern houses are constructed using high-spec materials, and buyers have the option to customise the basement. They abound with large windows, which ensures the inside of the house merges with the outside, so residents can enjoy the climate of a region where warm temperatures are the norm most of the year.
Located near Cancelada, between Estepona and Marbella, Syzygy Villas is a villa development in a modern style, built on an elevated plot, with views of the coast and sea in the backdrop. They are dominated by open spaces and large windows, which bring plenty of light and a feeling of spaciousness. Besides this, the villas have large verandas, double-height ceilings and open-plan kitchens. The developers are offering buyers a wide range of customisation options, which will be highly attractive for our most discerning clients.
Syzygy the Residences
Modern apartments and penthouses with style, designed for our times. We’re talking about Syzygy the Residences. Like Syzygy Villas, they’re located near Cancelada. Elegant style and contemporary architecture fuse in this project that coincides with current demands. The homes are dominated by open spaces and light, not to mention simplicity and quality. The properties enjoy views of La Concha mountain, with the sea in the backdrop.
Just past Estepona, you’ll find Valle Romano, a finished development, built around Valle Romano Golf course. It comprises several complexes. Capitolio has 189 homes. Villa Borguese runs alongside the 17th and 18th holes of Valle Romano golf course. Flaminio is a tourist complex with every comfort, and the Villa Pariolli villas are the best positioned for golf.
All these resorts in Valle Romano are no longer available.
Also located in Valle Romano, Valley Homes is a residential complex with 190 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes distributed in 8 low-rise buildings. The complex is designed in contemporary style and features two swimming pools, solarium, gym and gardens in a private and secure community.
We conclude our tour with The Edge. This fantastic project comprises new-build apartments and penthouses, with avant-garde design, located on the Estepona beachfront. Their architect and creator Rafael Hoz gives us this singular concept. In Hoz’s own words: it’s like a boat literally lifted out of the water. These homes have 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms and are surrounded by gardens and infinity pools, opposite the beach and sea. This is a project that will definitely get people talking.
Cortijo del Golf
Located in the area of El Campanario, a short distance from the golf club, Cortijo del Golf is a new development of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments distributed on the ground floor, first floor and duplex penthouses, with an excellent location.
The residential area of El Campanario is a safe and very quiet area, close to all kinds of services, the beach and golf.
Equidistant from Estepona and Puerto Banus, Boladilla Suites is a new residential complex of 276 apartments, penthouses and duplexes with 2 and 3 bedrooms, in a gated community with 24-hour security, large swimming pools, tropical gardens, gym, spa and mini-market.
The houses are distributed in 26 buildings of three and four floors, designed in modern style and endowed with wide windows.
Composed of 101 modern style villas, Boladilla Village is a new development of villas built on plots of 500 to 800 square meters and with built areas from 165 square meters per villa.
The houses have a garden, swimming pool, spacious terraces and 3 bedrooms, developed on two floors, with the possibility of basement.
New luxury residential in the New Golden Mile of Estepona, Emare has 28 spacious apartments and penthouses with 3 and 4 bedrooms distributed in 6 three-storey buildings of modern design.
The complex has an entrance for pedestrians and vehicles, in a closed and private residential area with access control, well-kept gardens and an overflowing heated swimming pool with a waterfall.
Promotion of 7 contemporary modern design villas called Antik Villas next to Cancelada, in the New Golden Mile, an area with all kinds of services, close to golf courses and the beach.
The villas, built to the highest standards, have 3 ensuite bedrooms, private pool, garden, spacious terraces and porches and magnificent panoramic views.
Ligth Blue Villas
Ligth Blue Villas is a new residential villas project with a great location, in El Paraíso, just a few minutes from Puerto Banus and Marbella.
The project consists of 5 luxury villas designed in modern contemporary style built on plots from 1014 to 1144 square meters and with built areas from 467 to 526 square meters.
The detached villas have been designed with wide open spaces, large windows, private swimming pool and en-suite bedrooms.
The Sanctuary Villas
The Sanctuary Villas, a development of 12 contemporary style villas, built on plots of around 500 square metres with direct views of the golf course, is situated in El Campanario, on the first line of golf.

Agora will have 34 houses with 2 and 3 bedrooms distributed in 5 buildings in a very quiet area and with wonderful views.
New development of luxury villas in Cancelada, midway between Estepona and Marbella, with access only a few minutes to Puerto Banus.
Villamar consists of 13 individual and private villas of contemporary design, on plots of 1,100 square meters, developed in two floors and basement, with private swimming pool and garden.
Velvet is a project of 12 independent villas in contemporary style that will be located in Cancelada.

Senses Village is situated close to the beach, golf and a wide range of services in its surroundings.
Vistagolf Villas is a new project located in El Campanario, next to the golf course, consisting of 4 individual modern style villas.
The villas will be developed on plots of 550 square meters and will have the option of customization according to preferences.
Large project called The View and consisting of 49 contemporary style villas located in the Selwo Park area.
The villas will have two floors and basement, with typologies of 4 and 5 bedrooms, developed on plots of 1000 square meters and built areas of up to 876 square meters, equipped with high quality and magnificent views to the coast.
