Estepona, the New golden Mile

Inspired by the original Golden Mile in Marbella, the New Golden Mile is a collection of luxury beachfront complexes on the eastern shoreline of Estepona. Though its stylish frontline beach apartments and penthouses are more affordable, this is an area rapidly gaining in stature and therefore popular with both homebuyers and investors. Many of the luxury new apartments in greater Marbella can be found here, while on the mountainside of the coastal A7 road new villa suburbs are emerging as well.

Set a few minutes from the charming Spanish town of Estepona, little more than 10 minutes’ drive from San Pedro Alcántara and 20 minutes from Puerto Banús and Marbella town, the New Golden Mile is also where you will find some of the best beach clubs in the area, along with international schools, clinics, tennis and golf clubs, and a great variety of restaurants. Slightly more laid-back and open-spaced than Marbella, it offers great amenities and excellent value.
