This is a house completed in 2015. During those years, Capanes Sur and La Alquería were in a beginning of reactivation after several difficult years for the economy in general.
The 1,245.89 metre plot and villa are located at the beginning of the Capanes Sur urbanisation, Benahavís, on the second line of the Atalaya golf course, just after the Mediterranean type village development called Las Lomas del Conde Luque.
