Very much in line with the latter, the contemporary style houses and villas are characterised by their straight lines, abundance of large windows that favour the luminosity of the open plan interiors and are equipped with the latest domotics.
Houses and villas with clean and straight lines with exposed materials such as metal beams and structures, large windows from floor to ceiling that favour the views and the entry of natural light into the interior.
This great variety of styles that we can find in Marbella conforms a homogeneous landscape and does not break the visual one thanks to the harmony that has been obtained between the different styles.
As a fact to be taken into account, we should mention that economically speaking, properties with the typical Mediterranean style are usually a little cheaper than the contemporary design villas, always saving the peculiarity of each property, its location and its state.
