The first phase of this project, which is located in Santa Clara Golf, is called Sunset and has been developed by the architecture studios of González & Jacobson and Manuel Burgos Arquitectos. Construction is expected to begin next fall.

Soul Marbella will have five swimming pools, a fully equipped gymnasium with state-of-the-art equipment, a spa, a social club, a co-working room, a concierge service, community parking and large landscaped areas.
The residential will enjoy the exceptional security provided firstly by the control barrier to Santa Clara, secondly by the access control to Soul Marbella and finally by the security system of each property.
