Nueva Andalucia

The original project for Andalucía la Nueva, now known as Nueva Andalucía, was developed by Catalan businessman Jose Banús Masdeu, as a continuation of Puerto Banús. It’s located on the mountain side of the Nacional 340 road. This expansive, spacious and very popular residential urbanization is primarily home to families and foreign residents who spend most of the year in Marbella.

Nueva Andalucía is located in a flat area, in a lush setting, surrounded by rolling hills, known as the Valle del Golf. This area is home to Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos Golf, Las Brisas and La Quinta golf courses, among others. It’s organised into large blocks, from letter A to L, each comprising an ample space that houses different types of services and constructions. The villas and apartment complexes here enjoy wonderful golf, mountain and often sea views, and range from medium to higher price levels. Though peaceful, it is close to Marbella and Puerto Banús but also offers shops, restaurants, cafés, schools and other facilities on its doorstep.
