New housing developments in Benahavís

Besides the completed and consolidated urbanizations in the municipality of Benahavís, numerous new housing developments are being built in Benahavís, as urban development in this area continues. This activity has accelerated since 2014, which was when the different types of apartment and villa projects started up again. The Hills

Abantos Hills

Abantos Hills is another new project of luxury villas, specifically 4, located in the Monte Mayor urbanization, which guarantees amazing panoramic views thanks to its high position.

El Bosque

In an environment surrounded by pines and olive trees, El Bosque is a project of 8 contemporary style villas that will be located in La Reserva de Alcuzcuz, on a 24,000 square meter plot of land at 3,000 square meters each one.
