To get there, go past San Pedro de Alcántara, direction Estepona, and take the Benahavís exit. In just 2 km, you’ll reach the Capanes Sur area, which is home to this hillside complex that enjoys very good views.
Las Lomas del Conde Luque dates from 2005, which was the year building was completed on these 102 apartments, their 147 parking spaces and 102 storage rooms. These homes have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with views, roomy terraces and plenty of light. Inside, they’re all similar, with the only difference being the size of the terrace, a feature decided by height. The terraces are either 75 m² or 35 m², depending on whether the property is a ground-floor apartment or penthouse, with the penthouse terraces being the smallest.
