Exclusivity and luxury on the beachfront of Estepona

Emare properties have deluxe features that are the ultimate expression of the exclusivity and luxury of this ambitious project built on the beachfront. These features include large porcelain floor tiles, 1.2 x 1.2 m, which extend onto the terraces, providing continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces. You can regulate the intensity of the indoor and outdoor lighting system, based on LEDS and spotlights, throughout the property.

The main bedrooms have a dressing room with inside lighting, extractable shelves, shoe racks and glass doors.

The design of the terraces, with frameless glass railings, broadens the sea views to a spectacular degree.

The basements, on the lower level of each building, receive light and ventilation from outside and have the same finishings as the properties, with the owner having the option to adapt them to their needs.
