Located in Marbella Este, ten minutes from the city centre, Elviria in Marbella East, with its villas, townhouses and apartments, is a residential area of low construction density, equipped with a commercial area with all types of services. This is one of the most sought after areas in the east of Marbella for its tranquillity and privacy, as well as for the varied types of properties it houses and for of its proximity to the beach.

Elviria is located on a gentle slope that ascends from the A-7 road, between the greenery of an environment full of pines, cork oaks and oaks, where the access streets are discovering the charm, tranquillity and privacy of their properties.

Due to its situation in height, the views are spectacular and relaxing, fusing the green with the blue background of the Mediterranean.

In the area next to the access from the road, we find a commercial area with restaurants, cafes, banks, post office, supermarkets and pharmacy, facilitating to its residents the daily tasks.

Just a few minutes walk away, you can reach the beach with numerous beach bars and the famous beach clubs Estrella del Mar and Nikki Beach.

In Elviria and its surroundings we can also find, as is customary throughout the Costa del Sol, numerous golf courses, such as Green Life Golf Club, a 9-hole course and par 3, with clubhouse equipped with shop, gymnasium, massage room, changing room and on the top floor the restaurant El Lago, awarded the Michelin star in 2005, Santa Maria Golf, an 18-hole course, Marbella Golf and Country Club designed by Robert Trent Jones with 18 holes and Santa Clara Golf designed by Enrique Canales Busquet with 18 holes.

A few kilometres from Elviria, to the east, we find the Cabopino marina, which is also equipped with restaurants and a beach bar with live performances at the front line beach.

The area is equipped with all kinds of services within a radius of a few kilometres, including prestigious schools such as Colegio Alborán, and The English International College.

 

Properties in Elviria

As mentioned above, in Elviria we can find townhouses, apartments and villas. The townhouses are located near the commercial area, at the entrance of the urbanization from the road. They are houses with a typical Andalusian Mediterranean style, developed in two levels.

In this same area there are also some residential apartments with the same Mediterranean design and common areas with gardens and swimming pool.

The northernmost area of Elviria also has residential apartments, specifically those located in the vicinity of the Greenlife golf course that gives its name to the residential and Elviria Hills, located a little further south of these, with beautiful views over the golf course, the pinewoods and the sea in the background.

The wide area between these two apartment areas is populated by villas of different sizes and styles, accessed by a network of small streets that windingly run through the pine forests, forming a beautiful environment where tranquillity and privacy is the main element.

The size of the villas is very varied, ranging from 500-600 square meters of plot, to some with more than 3,000 square meters, where are implanted sumptuous mansions with leafy mature gardens with swimming pool and always surrounded by high hedges that provide the much sought after privacy to their residents.

They are usually distributed over two floors plus basement, en-suite bedrooms with access to terraces overlooking the pine groves and the coast and with basements that have been designed to house cellar, gymnasium, spa area in some cases and large multipurpose rooms.
