Over the past few years, the Drone industry has been undergoing a real revolution at various levels. The applications of this technology in the real estate sector are diverse, although the most immediate is video and aerial photography. The history of the Drones goes back, believe it or not, to the 19th century, the last ten years being when the revolution has moved from the military to the civilian.

Nowadays, in Spain, it is a requirement to be a flight operator authorized by AESA in order to fly any kind of Dron. In addition, the flight operator must be the owner of the drone that performs the work which, in turn, must be insured. Of course, the pilot must be qualified to fly that particular model of drone and have his LAPL medical certificate in force.

With all this, each flight must be scheduled by requesting the appropriate authorizations according to, among other things, the type of airspace in which the operation will be performed.
