Even though our area of interest has been consolidated for a long time, it’s still growing through new projects and new developments on the Marbella Golden Mile. These new luxury villa and apartment developments are always very well built, because of the status of their location.

New Developments on the Marbella Golden Mile

Benarroch Real Estate is currently marketing the developments outlined below on the Marbella Golden Mile.

Epic Marbella

Located in Lomas de Sierra Blanca, in the Río Verde area, a short drive from Puerto Banús, the Epic Marbella project comprises 15 luxury townhouse villas. They are grouped into five buildings, each comprising three villas, on a plot measuring 8,000 m², with 6,000 m² of common areas, including gardens and swimming pools.

The villas, designed in a contemporary style, will have two floors, a basement and a solarium, not to mention a small private garden with access to the common areas.

Each villa has three bedrooms, with a gross floor area, including terraces and verandas, of between 545 and 669 m².

This will be a state-of-the-art complex, which will include SISMO technology, and thermal and acoustic insulation to ensure the highest possible level of energy efficiency.

It has a strategic location, a short walk from a shopping centre, and with Puerto Banús, Marbella, the large La Cañada shopping centre, and golf courses just a few minutes away.

La Meridiana Suites

At the heart of the Golden Mile, in Las Lomas del Marbella Club, a new development of 34 apartments and penthouses in a modern style is now being marketed: La Meridiana Suites.

La Meridiana Suites is a residential complex planned on a plot measuring 18,000 m². It’ll be developed across four buildings, each with three stories, all designed by the prestigious architect Pablo Villarroel.

The properties, with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, have outstanding features, and the residential complex enjoys 24-hour security, paddle court, swimming pool, concierge service and meticulous gardens.

Its location, very near restaurants, shops and all types of service, is unbeatable.

Villas de Vasari

Villas de Vasari is a new project to build seven contemporary villas on a private urbanization with 24-hour security, in Altos de Puente Romano, one of the most sought-after parts of Marbella and the Golden Mile.

The plots where the villas will be located have a surface area of between 600 and 750 m², with the gross floor area of each villa being between 434 and 475 m², not including the terraces and verandas.

The villas, which will have 5 and 6 bedrooms, will be equipped with complete automated systems to control lighting, climate, security and sound, via Wi-Fi.

Each property at Villas de Vasari will have a private swimming pool in the garden, and a second one on the solarium, with spectacular views.

Spacious living rooms, large windows and a fully equipped kitchen are some of the features of these magnificent villas.

Nazules

Next to the Las Lomas del Marbella Club and Señorío de Marbella urbanizations, the Nazules project will comprise 20 luxury apartments distributed across three buildings.

The apartments will have 2 and 3 bedrooms, and the ground floors will have an enclosed garden, with all properties including two parking spaces and a storage room.

The complex will have an overflow swimming pool, fully equipped gym, paddle court, large community solarium and more than 1,500 m² of gardens.

The Nazules development is currently being built. Completion and handover are planned for late 2019.

Concept

Located in Las Lomas del Marbella Club, Concept is a select, gated complex with 24-hour security, comprising eight luxury villas in a contemporary style, offering the highest standards of quality and technology.

Concept offers three different types of villa, which vary in size and distribution, with all of them offering the same level of specifications and finishings.

Each of the villas will have 4 bedrooms, with oak flooring, and each will have its own style, design, setting and orientation, with customised finishings, to create a harmonious complex of completely independent, private homes.

The villas at Concept will be built across two floors, with a solarium and customisable basement, with the option to have a home cinema, spa or gym and wine cellar. The plots will measure from 700 to 1,137 m², with the gross floor area of the villas oscillating between 533 and 896 m², including verandas and terraces, depending on the type you choose.

The complex will have a common entrance and internal roads for access to the independent villas, each with its own driveway, garden and swimming pool.

The construction phase of the project is already under way. Completion and handover are planned for mid-2019.
