Even though our area of interest has been consolidated for a long time, it’s still growing through new projects and new developments on the Marbella Golden Mile. These new luxury villa and apartment developments are always very well built, because of the status of their location.

At the heart of the Golden Mile, in Las Lomas del Marbella Club, a new development of 34 apartments and penthouses in a modern style is now being marketed: La Meridiana Suites.
La Meridiana Suites is a residential complex planned on a plot measuring 18,000 m². It’ll be developed across four buildings, each with three stories, all designed by the prestigious architect Pablo Villarroel.

Villas de Vasari
Villas de Vasari is a new project to build seven contemporary villas on a private urbanization with 24-hour security, in Altos de Puente Romano, one of the most sought-after parts of Marbella and the Golden Mile.
The plots where the villas will be located have a surface area of between 600 and 750 m², with the gross floor area of each villa being between 434 and 475 m², not including the terraces and verandas.
The villas, which will have 5 and 6 bedrooms, will be equipped with complete automated systems to control lighting, climate, security and sound, via Wi-Fi.
Each property at Villas de Vasari will have a private swimming pool in the garden, and a second one on the solarium, with spectacular views.

Next to the Las Lomas del Marbella Club and Señorío de Marbella urbanizations, the Nazules project will comprise 20 luxury apartments distributed across three buildings.

The complex will have an overflow swimming pool, fully equipped gym, paddle court, large community solarium and more than 1,500 m2 of gardens.
The Nazules development is currently being built. Completion and handover are planned for late 2019.
Located in Las Lomas del Marbella Club, Concept is a select, gated complex with 24-hour security, comprising eight luxury villas in a contemporary style, offering the highest standards of quality and technology.
Concept offers three different types of villa, which vary in size and distribution, with all of them offering the same level of specifications and finishings.
Each of the villas will have 4 bedrooms, with oak flooring, and each will have its own style, design, setting and orientation, with customised finishings, to create a harmonious complex of completely independent, private homes.
The villas at Concept will be built across two floors, with a solarium and customisable basement, with the option to have a home cinema, spa or gym and wine cellar. The plots will measure from 700 to 1,137 m², with the gross floor area of the villas oscillating between 533 and 896 m², including verandas and terraces, depending on the type you choose.
The complex will have a common entrance and internal roads for access to the independent villas, each with its own driveway, garden and swimming pool.
The construction phase of the project is already under way. Completion and handover are planned for mid-2019.
