On July 21st, the Leading Property Agents of Spain (LPA) was created, an association of real estate agents, developers and real estate agencies in Marbella and costa del sol that will have its headquarters in Marbella with the double objective of promoting the Costa del Sol and the important work of its specialised real estate agencies.

The aim of this association, Leading Property Agents, is to achieve collaboration between the member agencies, in the sense of sharing their properties and their extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate sector in order to offer sellers and buyers an efficient way out of their product with the guarantee of proven professionalism and good practices based on their code of ethics.

The Leading Property Agents association will serve as a valid interlocutor before the administrations and with other associations and so guarantee and accelerate the achievement of the optimization of the sector and the improvement of the existing infrastructures.

Likewise, the LPA will guarantee the continuous training of the associated professionals in order to maintain the quality level of its services through the provision of seminars and conferences that will serve as a preparation and update on the reality of the sector.

This is undoubtedly an excellent initiative that will favour the beginning of the regulation of our activity, based on and demanding professional training, proven experience and good practices based on its code of ethics in order to guarantee a quality service thinking of the satisfaction and safety of the clients.
