Situated in the heart of the Golden Mile, Epic Marbella is adjacent to a well-known shopping centre where you will find restaurants as well as all kinds of leisure facilities, a gymnasium and a few kilometres from the renowned public school, Aloha college.
Just behind Epic Marbella we can find another urbanization built by the same developers, the Lomas de Sierra Blanca, which confirms that the developers believe in the place and have no doubt that it will be a successful project.
Let us not forget that in addition to the above, we will be able to access the beach on foot via a short walk where we will find beach bars of the renowned Victor Beach.

Teodoro Cabrilla, architect of Epic Marbella, shares with his team this ambitious project of modern style luxury homes distributed in buildings for a total of 8,000 m2 of land, with 6,000 m2 of common areas, swimming pool and all facing east.
The homes, available from 1,550,000 euros, will have two floors and the materials and styles of the development will be of the highest quality where large windows, wide spaces and lots of light will predominate, highlighting the “open-plan” concept so that the kitchens will be integrated into the rest of the home, thus deepening the feeling of spaciousness. The project will be furnished by Fendi Casa with its refined designs.
It should be noted that this project will use the well-known SISMO technology, which consists of a construction system that provides the home with a high degree of thermal and acoustic insulation and therefore allows for a high degree of energy efficiency.
At present, the works are in their first phase of completion.
