Following this, the second phase of La Heredia fell into the hands of the Dutch group La Perla, which finished the complex during the 90s.

La Alqueria Benahavís and Capanes Sur
Continuing south, La Alquería Benahavís is a serene residential area located to the north of Atalaya golf course, which is surrounded by Mediterranean villas in a contemporary style.
Next to La Alquería Benahavís, to the east, is the Capanes Sur area, where, like in Los Arqueros, you’ll find a mixture of villas and Mediterranean-village complexes. In the latter category, worthy of special attention are the urbanizations Lomas del Marques, Las Lomas del Conde Luque and Gazules del Sol, each with its own well-defined, individual style.
