Building work began on the Las Lomas del Marques urbanization in 2004 and was completed by 2006. With a total plot size of 40,000 m² and 28,000 m² of gardens, Las Lomas del Marques is an urbanization with ample space. The urbanization has the studio’s signature style and is predominated by the colour white, asymmetry in the buildings and the use of wood on the balconies and pergolas. This signature style has marked a period on the coast and continues to feel modern with the passage of the years.
Also worthy of special mention are the extensive green areas, with open spaces and unobstructed views of Atalaya golf course, La Concha, the sea and Gibraltar. There are two ample swimming pools, with mosaic tiles and turquoise waters. More than 200 palm trees complete a garden with a wide assortment of plants and flowers.
At present, with 10 years having passed since its completion, Las Lomas del Marques has a high occupancy all year round. It has managed to maintain a healthy owners’ association, with impeccable maintenance.
