Born in Malaga to a Spanish father and French mother, Brice Benarroch Mennessons spent all his youth in Marbella and later studied Business Administration and Management in Madrid.

In the following years, after spending time in Paris and London, he decided, at the beginning of 2005, to settle in Marbella, where he resumed the family business in Benarroch Real Estate.

The financial crisis of 2008, the fall of the market between 2009 and 2015, the recovery until 2020, the arrival of the pandemic and its upward rebound effect until today, among other things, have allowed me and my team to learn and gain experience that today allows us to analyse the market with perspective and experience, a fundamental aspect to be able to advise our clients.

After almost 20 years dedicated exclusively to the real estate sector in Marbella, times have evolved and changed a lot. Today the market in and around Marbella is still booming and although the world situation is very globalised, the Costa del Sol continues to be a haven for many high net worth individuals who use their properties to live in for a large part of the year.

Brice’s involvement as director and owner of Benarroch Real Estate is absolute. The continuous evolution of both the market and technology means constant training, which Brice applies on a daily basis at Benarroch Real Estate.

Brice is trilingual, Spanish, English and French. His technical and experienced profile allows Benarroch Real Estate to evolve over time and adapt to all the changes that have taken place.

On a personal level, he is a family man, passionate about small moments, coffee, friends, cars and the sea.
