The property is located a few minutes walk from the popular village of Monda. Enjoy of wonderful views to the sierra de la Nieves, the village and its renowned Castle.
Access to the farm is plain and is paved that make it totally accessible with any type of vehicle. In the farm we have a wide variety of fruit such as oranges, fig and lemon trees. The House is distributed on two levels.
On main level we find living room with fireplace, open plan kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with views to the people. On a second level three bedrooms, a bath and a recreation area with a nice bar counter.
On the outside we enjoyed a pool area of wood and a chiringquito. The farm has an area at the entrance of the same that easily could be adapted to a stable for horses. The property is ideal as a holiday home.
